Built-In Layaway Program

Track layaway agreements, down payments, and payment schedules without a separate system. The dashboard shows active layaways, total outstanding balance, and what's been collected this month at a glance. Auto-default runs with one click when a layaway expires per your policy.

Firearms, accessories, cleaning kits, ammo, transfer fees — all on one invoice. Tax calculated automatically by line and totaled at checkout.

🔁

Transfer Fee Workflow

FFL Transfer Fee Collection — End to End

1
Customer submits transfer request on your website
They enter the shipping dealer's FFL info and the firearm details. The request lands in your transfer queue.
2
You provide your FFL to the shipping dealer
The transfer queue shows the request status. You can mark it as "FFL sent" to let the customer know it's in progress.
3
Firearm arrives — generate a transfer invoice
Create an invoice from the transfer record. The transfer fee, background check fee, and any extras are line-itemed automatically.
4
Collect payment and complete the 4473
Process the transfer fee at the register. Then open the linked 4473, complete it, log the NICS result, and mark the transfer done.
5
Bound book disposition auto-populated
Completing the 4473 writes the disposition record — buyer name, date, and transaction number. No double entry.
